Try It Now — Guest Access
What Is Try It Now?
The Try It Now feature lets you experience Plotstuff without creating an account or entering any personal information. It loads a pre-configured demo project with sample floorplans, asset types, and placed assets so you can explore the full workspace and see how the platform works.
This is the fastest way to evaluate whether Plotstuff is right for your project. You can navigate floorplans, view assets, explore the template editor, and even test the export features — all in a temporary session that requires nothing more than clicking a button.
How to Use Try It Now
- 1
Visit the Plotstuff homepage at plotstuff.com.
- 2
Click the Try It Now button (no sign-up required).
- 3
A demo project loads automatically with sample floorplans and assets.
- 4
Explore the workspace — navigate floors, click assets, open the template editor, and try exports.
- 5
When you are ready to start your own project, click Sign Up to create a full account.

Try It Now sessions are temporary. Any changes you make to the demo project are not saved permanently. The demo resets periodically to maintain a clean experience for all visitors.
Limitations of Guest Access
While the Try It Now demo provides a comprehensive overview of Plotstuff, some features are restricted in guest mode:
- You cannot create new projects or upload your own floorplans. - Team collaboration features (inviting members, sharing flows) are disabled. - Data is not persisted — your session is temporary. - Some export options may be limited.
These restrictions exist to keep the demo focused and prevent misuse. Once you sign up for a free account, all features become available based on your subscription plan.
Transitioning to a Full Account
When you are ready to start using Plotstuff for your own projects, create a free account from the sign-up page. The free tier includes everything you need to get started with a single project. If you need more projects, team collaboration, or advanced features like the visual template editor and production artwork, you can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
Your demo experience is completely separate from your actual account — no demo data carries over, and you start fresh with your own projects.
