By accessing or using Plotstuff (“the Service”), operated by Wayfinders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Plotstuff is a web-based platform for floorplan-based asset management, enabling users to upload floorplans, place and organise assets visually, run approval and inspection workflows, and export production-ready documents. The Service is provided “as is” and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Wayfinders and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Subscriptions & Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate measures to protect it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wayfinders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
