Deleting Your Account

Deleting your Plotstuff account is a permanent action that cannot be undone. Before proceeding, consider whether you might need access to your project data in the future. We strongly recommend exporting all your data — floorplans, reports, artwork, and CSV exports — before initiating the deletion process.

If you are the sole Admin of a team, you must either transfer ownership to another team member or delete the team's projects first. You cannot delete your account while you are the last Admin of an active team with projects.

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

- Your personal profile information (name, email, avatar). - Any projects where you are the sole owner. - Uploaded floorplans and artwork files associated with those projects. - Your authentication credentials and session history.

Projects owned by a team are not deleted when an individual member leaves. The team's projects remain intact and are accessible to other team members. Only your personal association with those projects is removed.

As an Ireland-based company, Plotstuff fully complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to request a complete copy of all data we hold about you, and the right to have that data deleted.

Deleting your account satisfies your "right to erasure" under GDPR. We process the deletion within 30 days, and all personal data is purged from our systems, including backups, within 90 days of the deletion request.
