Accessing Account Settings

Your account settings page is where you manage your personal profile, security options, and notification preferences. To access it, click on your profile avatar or name in the top navigation bar and select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.

The settings page is organised into sections covering your profile information, security settings, and notification preferences. Changes are saved individually per section, so you can update one area without affecting others.

Updating Your Profile

    Navigate to Account Settings from the user menu.

    In the Profile section, update your Display Name — this is shown to team members and in flow activity.

    Update your Email Address if needed. A verification email will be sent to the new address.

    Optionally upload a Profile Photo to personalise your account.

    Click Save Changes to apply your updates.

Your display name appears in flow activity logs, team member lists, and email notifications. Choose a name that your team will recognise — typically your first and last name.

Other Account Options

Beyond your profile, the account settings page provides access to:

- Password Management — Change your password or enable two-factor authentication. - Notification Preferences — Control which email notifications you receive. - Connected Sessions — View and manage devices that are currently signed in to your account.

💡

If you change your email address, make sure to verify the new address promptly. You will not receive any notifications at the new address until verification is complete.
